He is survived by: his wife Jane Fletcher; his sons, Trenton Spann Peters (Samantha) of Midway and William Scott Peters (April) of Greensboro; his grandchildren, Jason, Alec, Bailey, Andrew and Alysa; and his sister-in-law Mary Jane of Jacksonville, Alabama..
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Lineberry Center at Hanes Lineberry North Elm Chapel (515 N Elm St, Greensboro, NC 27401).
