He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Phillips and Lunette Phillips; his wife Bonnie; and his son Barry (Tammy). He is survived by: his son Randy (Fran); and his daughter-in-law Gloria. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, and one great great grandson.
