He was predeceased by: his parents, Bennie Mills and Beatrice Mills. He is survived by: his daughter Dara M. Harmon (Ellis); his wife Dale C. Mills; his son Damon Mills (Amy); his brothers, Leslie and Bennie G. Mills; and his sisters-in-law, Donna Whichard, Jane Anderson and Joyce Mills. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Wilkerson Funeral Home (2100 E 5th St #3001, Greenville, NC 27858). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Pinewood Memorial Park (4150 E 10th St, Greenville, NC 27858).
