She was predeceased by: her husband Amos E. Bell; her parents, Samuel Woolard and Verna Woolard; her brother John Woolard; and her great grandchild William Joseph.

She is survived by: her children, Debbie B. Dunn (Joe "Butch" Marvin), Michael Ray Bell and Roger E. Bell (Sharon); her grandchildren, Joseph Eugene Dunn, Dalton Ray Dunn, Michael Wayne Dunn (Renee), Kari Ann Bell and Chelsea Bell Peaden (Michael'); her great grandchildren, Haylee-Jo Dunn, Hayden Christine Dunn, Taylor Leigh Dunn, Kaitlyn Elizabeth Dunn, Kyleigh Nicole Dunn and Brooklyn Grey Peaden; her siblings, Wayne Woolard, Brenda Woolard (Buddy) and Yvonne Waters; and her close friend Deanie Walston. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Flowers are welcome or memorial donations may be made to Parkers Chapel FWB Church or to Community Home Care and Hospice.
