She is survived by: her husband Alexander Jacob; her children, Mary Dale Buie (Bobby) of Smithfield, Virginia, Harriette Alexis Berriman (Peter) of Bayfield, Colorado and Edgar Alexander White (Melanie) of Greenville; and her grandchildren, Tilden Ladd Berriman (Emma) of Boulder, Colorado, Zander Moss Berriman, Braeden Alexander White of Chapel Hill and Kinsley Tate White of Raleigh.
A memorial service was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the First Presbyterian Church (1400 S Elm St, Greenville, NC 27858). A reception was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
She will be so missed but definitely lived life to its fullest…"and did it HER way."In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or First Presbyterian Church in Greenville.
