He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincenzo "James" Grillo and Jennie Grillo (Brienza); his wife Theresa Ann Carnevale; his daughter Joanne O'Brien (Gerald); his granddaughter Stephanie Grillo; and his siblings, Charles Grillo (Joan), James Grillo (Barbara) and Marilyn Losito (John).
He is survived by: his sons, Kenneth P. Grillo (Irene) of Huntington Station, NY, John J. Grillo (Christine) of Ayden, NC, Steven Grillo (Trefalyn Mary) of Ronkonkoma, NY and Gregg W. Grillo (Heather) of Greenville, NC; and his brother Joseph Grillo of Corona, NY. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and even a great-great grandchild.
