He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Webster and Marjorie Webster; and his sisters-in-law, Johnelle Webster and Jo Ann Tart. He is survived by: his wife Judy Tart Webster; his sons, Scot Webster (Anna) of Greenville and Russ Webster (Joey) of Wendell; his grandchildren, Clarke, William, Margaret, Braston, Sage, Whitney and Reagan Webster; his brother Henry Webster; his nephew Patrick Webster; his brother-in-law Doug Tart; and his sibling's children, Amy Carawan and Steven Tart.
The military honors will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at the People's Baptist Church (1621 Greenville Blvd SW, Greenville, NC 27834). Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
