She is survived by: her husband Robert Polk; her children, Kaye Polk Myers, Debbie Hawkins (Johnnie) and Robbie Polk; her granddaughters, Heather Keech, Jessica Rouse (Gregory) and Samantha (Robert); and her great grandchildren, Lexi, Rylie, James, Jason, Emmaleigh, Braeden and Robert. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
