She was predeceased by: her parents, Affie Cox and Rufus Cox; her sister Joyce "Janice" Smith; and her son-in-law Steve Smith. She is survived by: her husband Jimmie Campbell; her children, Shirley Smith, Jimmy Campbell Jr. (Sandra) and Rita Frizzell (William); and her grandchildren, Donnie Smith (Melissa), Crystal Leach (Frank), Shannon Smith, William Frizzell Jr., Matthew Frizzell (Crystal) and Brianna Frizzell. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
