He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Warren "Henry" Aldridge and Dorothy Flye Aldridge; and his wife Lynda Diane Jones. He is survived by: his children, Wade Aldridge (Kristy) of Chesterfield, Michigan and Leah Mercado (Joffred) of Ocoee, Florida.; his grandchildren, Zachary, Maryana, Landyn and Arianna; his stepmother Susu Aldridge; his siblings, Mike Aldridge (Sue), Jeff Aldridge (Patti), Miri Wordsworth (Alex) of Greenville, NC and Susan Secrist (David) of Mt. Crawford, VA.; his pets, Stella, Jake and Nova; Debbie Turnipseed. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 14th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Covenant Church (4000 Corey Rd, Winterville, NC 28590).
