We are sad to announce that on April 9, 2024, at the age of 69, William Brooks Eakes of Greenville, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, William Casper and Louise Johnson Eakes; and his siblings, James Harold Eakes, Sr., Mary Eakes and Holloman.

He is survived by : his wife Terri Eakes; his son Brad Eakes (Melissa) of Ayden; and his grandchildren, Grayson and Anna Brooks Eakes. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A funeral service was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Ormondsville Original Free Will Baptist Church (3745 Ormondsville Rd, Ayden, NC 28513).
