She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Duff and Henry Hill; her siblings, Henry David Hill and Sheila Phillips; and her friend Earl Norris.

She is survived by: her husband Ray Jones; her sister Barbara Briley (Hugh); her children, Tammy Rouse, Donna Jacobs, Karen Daniels, Shawn Jarvis (Christopher) and Kevin Jones (Tiffany); her grandchildren, Aimee Braxton, Richard Ipock, Kaielynn Long (Landon), Katelyn Hill (Chris), Holly Daniels, Madisynn Grayson (Elijah), Chandler Jones (Hannah), Garison Jones and Marisa Jones; and her great grandchildren, Denver Best, Rylan Hill, Colton Jones and Cohen Long.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations to the Dementia Society of America be made in Evelyn's honor.
