Timothy M. Wooten Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 11, 2025, at the age of 80, Timothy M. Wooten of Grifton, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Timothy may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He is survived by: his wife Fleming Wooten; his children, Timothy Warren Wooten (Kristy Wooten), Jae Wooten and Sallie Wooten (Billy Matson); his brother Rodney Wooten; his grandchildren, Hanah Wooten, Kaliyah Wooten, Emma Wooten, Tony Wooten, Kara Wooten and Sophie Matson; and his great grandchild Kiyomi Osborne. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Sharon United Methodist Church (4106 Sharon Church Rd, Kinston, NC 28530).
