He was predeceased by: his parents, Hebert Cecil Toler and Bessie Estelle Simmons Toler; and his wife Mary Lois Jones. He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Renee'Elks (Carl) of Chocowinity; his brother Thurman Toler (Wanda) of Pactolus; his grandchildren, Mandy Woolard, Andy Woolard (Karen), Shane Woolard, Emily Toler and Makayla Smith; his great grandchildren, Dakota Woolard, Dylan Woolard, Gavin Cutler and Savannah Cutler; his son James AllenToler; and his siblings, William Earl Toler, Gene Toler and Sallie Toler Tyson.
