She is survived by: her children, Shelly Daughtrey (Andy) of Grimesland, NC and Brian Mitchell (Heather) of Harrellsville, NC; her grandchildren, Dillion Mitchell (Toni) of Snug Harbor, NC, Madelaine Mitchell of Kilkenny, NC, Colin Daughtrey of Winterville, NC and Gabby Daughtrey of Winterville, NC; her great grandchildren, Lillian Campbell, Chloe Campbell, Ricky Alexander, Sophia Mitchell, Chase "Bucko" Mitchell and Maggie Mitchell; her nieces and nephews, Amy Vines (Red), Jessica Roach (Stuart) and Sterling Winborne (Kelly); and her friend Sharon Eure (Marty). She is also survived by many cousins, extended family, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Garrett-Sykes Funeral Service (205 NC-42, Ahoskie, NC 27910). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Harrellsville Cemetery.
