With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles Donald Day of Grover, North Carolina, who passed away on March 3, 2024 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Will Day and Ora Morgan Day; and his sons, Neal Day, Samuel Day and Charles Day.

He is survived by : his wife Minnie Catherine Blanton Day; his children, Anthony Day (Kim) of Jacksonville, NC and Vickie Alexander (Joey) of Blacksburg; his daughter-in-law Dianne Day of Polkville, NC; his sister Grace Gregory of Nantahala, NC; his grandchildren, Christol Cole, Ashley Earls, Sara Yeargin (Stanley), Anna Cobb (Will), Jash Day (Jennifer), Jason Day (Gena), Renea Bowen (Victor) and Grayson Day; and his niece Teresa Ellis.
