We announce the death of Reba Jeanett Hudson of Grover, North Carolina, who passed away on October 6, 2026, at the age of 80. Reba will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her father Max; her husband Tommy Hudson; her daughter Tammy Hudson; her brothers, Leonard and Hugh; and her son-in-law Gene Bledsoe.
She is survived by: her daughters, Tracy Bledsoe of Grover, NC, Leslie Conant (Brent) of Leroy, WV and Kimberly McCombs (Kevin) of Grover, NC.; her grandchildren, Dustan Hudson, Megan Holbrooks (Matthew), Derek Mathis, Levi Mathis, Thomas Evans (Sabrina), Fred Evans (Brandy), Reba Hulett (Matt), Tyler Conant (Harleigh), Laura Braden (Joel) and Duncan Cook; and her sister-in-law Brenda Hudson.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 12:50 PM at the Midview Baptist Church (703 Margrace Rd, Kings Mountain, NC 28086). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
