It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Dixon in Grover, North Carolina, born in Cleveland, North Carolina, who passed away on October 6, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Kelly Dixon and Blanch Dixon. He is survived by: his siblings, Lindburg, Delbert, Dale, Jake Dixon, Peggy Tinsley and JoAnne Linquest; his wife Phyllis Dixon; and his sisters, Marylin Hamrick and Becky Patterson.
