James Hux Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on January 2, 2026, at the age of 79, James Hux of Hamilton, North Carolina passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of James Hux to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Woodrow Hux and Lydia Lenora Hollis Hux; his wife Peggy Hale; and his brother-in-law James Snead. He is survived by: his sisters, Carol H. Snead of Raleigh and Cathy J. Hux of Williamston; his stepchildren, Angela Wynne (Bruce) of Robersonville, Sherry Baker (Wesley) of Williamston and Richard Thomas of Texas; and his pet Abby. He is also survived by six step-grandchildren, and seven step great-grandchildren.
