He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Raines and Rena Raines; and his wife Pamela Raines. He is survived by: his siblings, Garry Raines (Cherry) and Sandra Kelly (Joel); and his stepchildren, Jessica McKenzie and Terry Quick.
A graveside service was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Chatham Hill Memorial Gardens of Cheraw, S. C. (211 US-1, Cheraw, SC 29520).
