With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Barbara Simmons of Hampstead, North Carolina, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond C. Keeler Jr. and Marie Keeler; her siblings, Larry Keeler and Carol Schmoyer; her brother-in-law Ronald Schmoyer; her nephew Kyle Schmoyer; and her pet Paisley.
She is survived by: her husband Joe Willie Simmons; her children, Roman A. Simmons, Alanah M. Simmons and Jeron M. Simmons; and her siblings, Nancy Keeler (Larry Snyder), Dorothy Keeler and Randy Keeler (Melinda Keeler). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
