We announce the death of JoAnn Patricia Hale in Hampstead, North Carolina, who passed away on August 6, 2026, at the age of 73. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Doscher and Helen Doscher; her mother-in-law Therese Grant; her uncle Melvin Petruch; and her nephew Mark Hale.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Hale; her children, Joseph Hale (Louise) and Sara Hale; her grandsons, Joshua and Connor Hale; her siblings-in-law, Ellen Caniglia, Jeanie Miegl, Susan Matejov, Debbie Hale, Louis Caniglia, Ronald Miegl and William Hale; and her nieces and nephews, Lauren McHale, Alicia Cohen, Kara Schiafano, Christie Miegl, Jacqueline Dillon, Robert Miegl, Keith Hale, Louis Caniglia Jr., Nicholas Caniglia and Matthew Caniglia. She is also survived by child, she became a beloved sister to her husband Robert's brothers and sisters and a cherished sister-in-law to his entire family.
