He was predeceased by: his parents, Judge John Grimshaw and Jane Markle of Paterson, NJ.. He is survived by: his wife Mimi; his daughters, Cathy Caldwell (Tom) and Amy Guerriero (John); and his grandchildren, T. J. Caldwell and Hannah Caldwell.
A funeral service was held on Friday, November 14th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Holy Trinity Episcopal Church (107 Deerfield Dr, Hampstead, NC 28443).
