He is survived by: his father Fred Calloway Phillips, Jr.; his stepson Nathan Thurman (Libby); and his sisters, Donna Hollibaugh and Lori Pridgen (Charlie). He is also survived by 2 step grandchildren; many nieces, nephews; and several lifelong friends.
