She is survived by: her husband Edmund Ostroski; her children, Shelley Gordon, Sharon Fegan and James Hauch (Holly); her siblings, Bill Baumbach, Pete Fisher (Carol) and Carol Chuisano (Frank); her children, Bret Worsfold, Alissa Combs (Gary) and Heather Worsfold; her granddaughters, Megan Keller, Jenna Combs, Summer Combs and Cora Brueggeman; her nephew OJ Fisher; and her niece Tracey Lingle. She is also survived by two great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
