She was predeceased by: her parents, Sidney Clarence Balcombe and Evelyn McCall Irving Balcombe; and her husband Harvel A. Horrell, Jr.. She is survived by: her daughters, Martha H. Prosser (Warren) and Levrah "LeAnn" H. Hall (Larry); her grandchildren, Justin Hall (Ashley), Jordan Prosser, Jami Hall, Jackson Prosser, Sarah Prosser and Carisa Hall; and her brother Sidney Balcombe (Linda). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Sea Lawn Memorial Park (US-17, Hampstead, NC 28443).
