Nicholas J. Durdle Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Nicholas J. Durdle of Hampstead, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 31, 2025 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Nicholas leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his father Franklin W. Durdle. He is survived by: his son Michael (Amber Morano); his siblings, Dennis Durdle and Deborah Johnson; and his grandchildren, Paige and Addison.
The military honors will be held on Friday, November 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Messiah Lutheran Church (3302 College Rd, Wilmington, NC 28412).
