She is survived by: her son Randy; her daughter-in-law Patricia Smith of Dublin, VA; her grandson Jared; her daughter Sherry; her son-in-law Mark Andrews of Hampstead, NC; her grandchildren, Grant Andrews of Hampstead, Tyler and Brooke Andrews of Hampstead; her great grandchildren, Grace Adalynn Andrews and Delaney Faye Andrews; her cousin Sam Gregory of Dublin; her sibling's children, Chuck Smith of Pulaski, Eddie and Melody Smith of Pulaski; and her brother-in-law David Cupka of Charleston, SC..
