We are sad to announce that on September 28, 2022, at the age of 69, Randall Scott Kiser of Hampstead, North Carolina, born in Catawba, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Winfield Scott Kiser and Edith Kiser (Lane); and his wife Sandra Rhae Small Kiser. He is survived by : his cousins, Susan Brooks and John Michael McCowan (Teresa). He is also survived by other friends and family.
