He is survived by: his sons, Robert Christopher Kirkpatrick (Arianna), Corey Matthew Kirkpatrick and Alex Brandon Kirkpatrick; and the mother of his children Lori McAllister Kirkpatrick. He is also survived by extended family, friends.
