It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Rhae Kiser of Hampstead, North Carolina, who passed away on May 19, 2022, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her father Berlon Kellum Small; and her pet Harley. She is survived by : her husband Randy Kiser; and her sisters, Sarah Doom (Tony) and Susan Bailey (Thomas). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
