He is survived by : his parents, Norman F Bass, Jr. (Petie) and Janet B Toedt; his wife Margaret Ellen Shoulars-Bass; his siblings, Denise Bass Williford (Timothy) and Macy E Toedt (Kingsley); his nephew Elijah S Daughtry; his niece Sunshine Pugh; and his pets, Molly and Max.
