We are sad to announce that on December 29, 2022, at the age of 73, Thomas Lilly Oakley of Hampstead, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Alan Oakley and Malba Lilly; and his brother Robert Oakley. He is survived by: his wife Janice Oakley; his children, Jeffrey Oakley (Jodi) of Hampstead and Kelly Oakley Curry (John Curry); his grandchildren, Julia, Madilyn, Malory, Audrey and Nathaniel; his brother Donald Oakley (Jane); and his sibling's children, Judith Roman and Daniel Oakley.
