He is survived by: his wife Vivian Beckmann (Street); his brother Bob Beckmann (Loretta); his nephew Robert Beckmann; his niece Jessica White (Matthew); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Avelyn, James, Henry, Elanor and Peter; his niece Kate Beckmann; his great-nephew Oliver; his nephew Clint Collins; his nephew Andy Wilson (Amy); his great-nephews, Jackson and Mason; his goddaughter Jodey Cashman (Shaun); his pets, Ari (Aristotle) and Baggins; Ansley Collins, Lily and Holly.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Andrews Mortuary Hampstead Chapel (17730 Hwy 17, Hampstead, NC 28443).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Bill's memory to All Saints Catholic Church or K9s For Warriors or Share the Table food bank, organizations that reflect his faith and love for animals.
