She was predeceased by: her parents, William Carl Bruner and Annie Marie Goodson Bruner; her husband Joseph Luther Bell, Sr.; her daughter Felicia Dawn Bell; and her brother Johnny Bruner.
She is survived by: her children, Don Antonio Bell (Angie) of Las Vegas, Joseph Luther Bell, Jr. (Amy) of Rocky Mount and Laura Bell (Michael) of Greensboro; her brother Thomas Bruner (Jeanette) of Kernersville; her nephews, Tom Bruner (Tina), David Bruner and Danny Bruner (Sara); her niece Candis Bruner; her grandchildren, Ryan Bell (Serena), Riley Bell, Regan Bell, Kylen Huntwork Ribeiro (Alan), Connor Huntwork, Spencer Bell (Veronica), Caroline Bell Gaskill (Josh), Forrest Bell and Jackson McCann; and her great grandchildren, Vincent Ribeiro, Sebastian Ribeiro, Adelia Ribeiro and Hampton Bell.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Flat Rock Baptist Church (3800 Flat Rock Church Rd, Hamptonville, NC 27020). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to Flat Rock Baptist Church, P.O. Box 267, Hamptonville, NC 27020, Attn: Cemetery Fund.
