It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patty Ashley Swaim (Hamptonville, North Carolina), who passed away on April 1, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Santford Ashley and Rosa Hutchens Ashley; her husband James Max Swaim; and her daughter Sandy Blodgett. She is survived by : her son Bruce Swaim (Robin); her grandchildren, Jason Swaim (Crystal), Andrea Weaver (Keith), Phillip Swaim (Angela), Savannah Gilliam (Roman), Hunter Parks and Morgan Swaim; her great grandchildren, Korey Lindberg (Elijah), Mason Swaim (Katey), Brooklyn Swaim, Amelia Vanhoy, Mica Swaim, Mason Anthony, Molly Jo Swaim and Max Swaim; and her sister Versie Mendenhall.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the cemetery fund at North Oak Ridge Baptist Church, 2504 N Oak Ridge Church Rd, Boonville, NC 27011.
