He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Russell Parks and Ruby Wooten Parks; his wife Eloise Sparks; and his sister Dorothy Jean Wilson. He is survived by: his children, Tim (Angela Parks) and Joni (Cy Brooks); his grandsons, Weston Parks (Megan) and Zach Brooks (Adeline); and his great grandchildren, Titus, Wren Parks, Wyatt and Abby Brooks.
