We are sad to announce that on March 7, 2020, at the age of 77, Kay Sherron Atkinson (Harkers Island, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Vernon Sherron and Hattie Sherron. She is survived by : her husband Sid E. "Gene" Atkinson; her brother Woody Sherron (Mary Ellen) of Timberlake; and her grandchildren, Bobby, Sara and Ethan.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be sent to Harkers Island United Methodist Church at 603 Cape Lookout Dr., Harkers Island, NC 28531.
