He was predeceased by: his parents, Leda Rose and Charles Wesley "Dick" Chadwick; his son Steven Shane Chadwick; his brother Charles "Bill Boy" Chadwick; his grandparents, Howard, Alice Rose, Wesley and Sadie Chadwick; his aunts and uncles, Joey Rose, Bobby Rose, Clifton Rose, Mike Rose, Ruth Styron, Bill Chadwick, Ramona Chadwick, Thelma Chadwick, Mary Chadwick Jones, Jimmy Chadwick, Sandra Chadwick and Anne Gillikin; and his brothers-in-law, Dan Yeomans and Manley Gaskill (Joy).
He is survived by: his grandsons, Connor and Hunter; his wife Chryel Gaskill Chadwick; his son Christopher Chadwick (Amy); his siblings, Jenny McGee (Johnny) of Straits, Missy Brazie of Harkers Island and Ricky Lane Chadwick (Lisa) of Harkers Island; his sisters-in-law, Dawn Chadwick of Harkers Island and Leisa Manning (Chris); Connor and Hunter. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
As an expression of sympathy, flowers are welcome or memorial contributions may be made to Free Grace Wesleyan Church on Harkers Island, the Decoy Guild, or the Alzheimer's Association.
