She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Asbury Smith and Geraldine Galliher Smith; and her brothers, Gary Smith (Linda) and Jerry Neal Smith. She is survived by: her husband Eugene Lee Winebarger; her children, Scott Winebarger (Angela) and Angellina Graham (Jason); her grandchildren, Seth Miller (Katie), Peyton Winebarger, Chloe Winebarger, Blake Winebarger (Paige), Casey Graham and Wyatt Graham; her great grandchildren, Tatum Bracey and Sophia Miller; and her brothers, Kenny Smith (Susan) and Randal Smith (Carolyn). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
