He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth "Lib" Cartner Campbell and Ralph Glenn Campbell; his brothers, Darnell Campbell and Perry Campbell; and his great grandchild Colt Lail.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Edwards Campbell; his daughters, Michelle Shue (Todd) and Nichole Lentz (Jason); his stepchildren, Lisa Lail (Scott) and Scott Millsaps (Mindy); his grandchildren, Trevor Shue, Olivia Shue, Vera Shue, Tanner Lentz, Addison Lentz, Peyton Lentz, Josh Lail, Sidney Anthony and Maysie Webb; and his great grandchildren, Annalisa Anthony, Adalin Anthony of Jace, Jaycie Webb and Jaxon Webb. He is also survived by his family, friends.
