He was predeceased by: his parents, John Campbell and Frankie Campbell; and his siblings, Herman, Clyde, Glen Campbell, Dot Bray and Mariana Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Wooten Campbell; his son Steve Wooten (Angie); his grandsons, Max (Shannon), Luke (Jayne) and Caleb Wooten (Sherry); and his great grandchildren, Mallory, Jackson, Keegan, Connor, Katelyn, Bennett and Waylon Wooten.
