He was predeceased by : his parents, Clennon Joseph Lewis and Margie Campbell Lewis; and his brother Gary Joseph Lewis. He is survived by : his brother Rick A. Lewis (Margaret); his niece Bridgett L. Lippard (Danny); his nephews, Colby Allen Lewis (Ginny), Tyler Jordan Lewis (Ali) and Wesley Lewis; his great-nephews, Cole Lippard, Dillon Lewis, Nash Lewis, Teague Lewis and Truett Lewis; and his great-niece Emma Lewis.
