He is survived by: his wife Laura Mae Kerr; his children, C. Garry R. Kerr (Maura), Billy M. Corbett, Nancy (Jackie), Alford (Willie) and Jerry Corbett; his grandchildren, Durwin (Candace), Markus Andre, Latisha, Delvon (Zee), Curtiss, Quintell, Willetta, Antuanne, Brandon and Brandi; his great grandchildren, Christian, Tommy, MaNai, Jade, Trevon, Amari, Markus, Jayden, Justin, Skylar, Braydon, Antuanne II (Deuce), Kali, Haven and Destiny; his great great grandchild Alani; his children, Chinithia, Beth, Veronica, Hardy Watkins (Butch) and Donald Lamb; his sister Evelyn Boykin; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Newkirk (Tha), Shirley Kerr and Julius Kerr (Nancy).
A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Pilgrim Rest Missionary Baptist Church (9364 Wildcat Rd, Ivanhoe, NC 28447). A burial was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church Cemetery (240 Pilgrim Rest Church Rd, Harrells, NC 28444).
