She was predeceased by: her father Marvin Johnson. She is survived by: her mother Hazel Johnson Babson of Shallotte; her children, Richard Herring (Zackeita) of Clayton, N. C. and Carrie Hewett of Kenansville, N. C.; her grandchildren, Taylor Hunt (Dakota), Payton Hewett (Jeremy Hart), Raiden Herring and Ava Herring; her great grandchildren, Colby and Hazeley; and her siblings, Van Johnson (Pam) of Supply and Terri Mercer of Leland.
