He was predeceased by: his parents, Vura K Foy Sr. and Bessie Fisher Foy; and his siblings, Vura K Foy Jr. and Geraldine Foy Lutterloah. He is survived by: his aunt Marie Fisher Mullen of West Virginia. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
