He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Billy "Bill" and Mildred Blankenship Gragg; his sons, Zachery Joseph Gragg (Heather) and Benjamin Richard Gragg (Nicole); his grandson Tucker James Gragg; and his sisters, Billie Gragg Hutchison and Libby Gragg Byars. He was also cherished by 3 nephews.
