She is survived by: her husband Jackson "Jack" Luther Saunders; her children, Lindsey Patton of Harrisburg, Melinda Somerville (Terry) of Irmo, SC, John Saunders (Mandy) of Lexington, SC and Joshua Saunders of Atlanta; her sister Charlene H. Carpenter (Phil) of Conover, NC; and her grandchildren, William, Daniel, Haley, Hannah, Elizabeth Patton, Jackson, Olivia Somerville and Tate Saunders. She is also survived by 4 nieces and 6 nephews.
