She is survived by: her husband Earl Fortner; her sons, Keith Fortner (Nancy) and Brent Fortner (Christel); her sister Patsy Lee; her grandchildren, Julie Fortner, Andrew Fortner and Max Fortner (Crystal); her stepgrandchildren, Kristyn Slater Davis (Luke), Cole Slater and Jake Slater; her great grandchild Lillie Saunders; and her stepgreat-grandchild Cade Davis.
