He was predeceased by: his parents, David Rowand and Aileen Rowand. He is survived by: his wife Laural; his children, Wayne, Bobby, Jessi (Ron), Aaron (Gina) and Mike; and his grandchildren, Ben, Maddy, Brayden and Matthew.
